Why is my Fields list blank on the List Import Mapping page?

Description

The instructions in this article require Branch Manager permission or above

This article addresses the reasons why fields lists may appear empty in import mapping page in Ricochet.

Resolution

The Fields list may show up blank if there is more than 1 column on on your spreadsheet that contains the same header name.

Make adjustments to your file to ensure there are no duplicate header names and retry your list import.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
