Why did some of my leads on my list import fail?

Purpose: Why leads on a list import show up in the "Failed" column
Location in Ricochet: Configuration > Upload Leads


Description

The instructions in this article require Branch Manager permission or above


This article addresses the reasons for leads to show up in the failed column after import in Ricochet and actions to be taken.


Resolution


There are a few reasons that could contribute to leads on a list import showing up in the "Failed" column:

- An error with the line item in the spreadsheet
- An error with the spreadsheet during the import process

Please review your spreadsheet and take note of the leads that did not import and see how they are different compared to a lead that did import successfully.
