Description
Reasons for leads to show up in the failed column after import and actions to be taken.
Resolution
There are a few reasons that could contribute to leads on a list import showing up in the "Failed" column:
- An error with the line item in the spreadsheet
- An error with the spreadsheet during the import process
Please review your spreadsheet and take note of the leads that did not import and see how they are different compared to a lead that did import successfully.Was this article helpful?
