If you have Custom User Fields added on an Agent's profile, you can edit the field name label, edit the content inside the field, or delete the field altogether by going to Manage --> Agents, scroll to the agent you want to edit, click the Edit button, scroll down to the Custom User Fields section and make any necessary changes/updates, then click Save.Applicable User Seat Types
