Purpose: How to edit custom user fields in agent's profile
Location in Ricochet: Management > Agents 


Description

The instructions in this article require Branch Manager permission or above


This instruction describes how to edit a custom user field in an agent's profile.


Resolution


If you have Custom User Fields added on an Agent's profile, you can edit the field name label, edit the content inside the field, or delete the field altogether by going to Manage --> Agents, scroll to the agent you want to edit, click the Edit button, scroll down to the Custom User Fields section and make any necessary changes/updates, then click Save.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
