Can I enable a team to be eligible for Call Transfers?

Description

The instructions in this article require Branch Manager permission or above


This instruction describes how to configure a team to be eligible for call transfers. 


Resolution


To make a team eligible for Call Transfers (internal call transfers from the Dial pad during an active call), edit the team (or when creating the team), check the box for "Available for Call Transfer".

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
