Where can I see the status of emails sent from a specific Email campaign?

Purpose: To explain how Admin/Branch Managers can view and analyze the delivery status and performance of emails sent from a specific email campaign using the Emails Dashboard.

Description

The instructions in this article require Branch Manager permission or above


This article walks through how to access the Emails Dashboard, apply date and campaign filters, and review email results for a specific campaign. It covers how to identify sent and failed emails, interpret email statistics, and use charts and tables to understand overall email performance.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.


1. To see the status of emails sent from a specific email campaign, click Dashboard


2. Click Emails Dashboard


3. Click the date filter and select your desired date From / To


4. For this example, we'll click Today


5. Click inside the All Campaigns box


6. Select the email campaign you wish to filter the report by


7. Click Search


8. Scroll down to see the results of the emails that were either not sent (Last failed emails) or sent (Email Statistics)

Also the pie charts above will list the sent emails by type & email queues.
