Why are there no emails showing in my Sent page?

Description

This article addresses the situation when no mail messages are showing in the Sent Mail page.


Resolution


If there are no emails showing in your Sent folder, you may need to check your SMTP settings (found in Configuration --> User Settings --> SMTP Credentials) against your settings from your email provider or SMTP .
