Description

This article describes how to delete existing voicemail in the user settings tab.

Resolution

To delete a Perfect Voicemail file, navigate to Configuration --> User Settings --> Perfect Voicemail Settings, click the red X next to the file you wish to delete. It will delete immediately with no confirmation prompt, and no way to recover the deleted file.
