Description

This article explains how to manage voicemail notifications in the user settings tab.

Resolution

To enable/disable the setting for Voicemail Notifications inside Ricochet, navigate to Configuration --> User Settings --> General Settings, toggle the option for "Enable Voicemail Notification" to either Yes or No, then click Save at the bottom.
