Purpose: Explain how Admin/Branch Managers can view only the phone numbers that are configured as Inbound IVR numbers within the Phone Settings area.

The instructions in this article require Branch Manager access or above
This article walks Admin/Branch Managers through navigating to Configuration > Phone Settings and using the IVR Phones tab to filter the list so that only Inbound IVR phone numbers are displayed.
Resolution
To see just the Inbound IVR phone numbers in your system, navigate to Configuration --> Phone Settings, click the "IVR Phones" tab at the top to list just phone numbers that are set up as an Inbound IVR.Was this article helpful?
