This article explains how to add an inbound IVR template for phone numbers in the phone settings page.

To add an Inbound IVR template, navigate to Configuration --> Phone Settings, click on the "IVR Templates" button at the top of the page, and then click "Add Template" to begin constructing your Inbound IVR template.

Follow the link above as a reference guide on how to set up and Inbound IVR phone number - the IVR Templates follow the same process as setting up an IVR Phone Number.

Non-Administrators do not have the ability to add an inbound IVR template and should request support from their admin or open a ticket.
