The instructions in this article require Administrator permission


This article explains how to add an inbound IVR template for phone numbers in the phone settings page.


Resolution


Non-Administrators do not have the ability to add an inbound IVR template and should open a ticket.


To add an Inbound IVR template, navigate to Configuration --> Phone Settings, click on the "IVR Templates" button at the top of the page, and then click "Add Template" to begin constructing your Inbound IVR template.
