The instructions in this article require Branch Manager access or above

This article walks Admin/Branch Managers through where to find a complete list of all phone numbers in Ricochet by navigating to Configuration > Phone Settings and using the All Phones tab.

Resolution

To view all the phone line in your Ricochet account, navigate to Configuration --> Phone Settings and click on the "All Phones" tab at the top.
