Can I call a phone number that is on the Blocked Numbers list?

Description

This article explains what happens when calling a number that is on the blocked numbers list.

Resolution

Yes you can call outbound to a number that is on the Blocked Numbers list.  The list only blocks inbound calls to your system.  Outbound calls will still operate as normal.
