Description

The instructions in this article require Branch Manager access or above

These instructions explain how to block an incoming phone number in Ricochet by navigating to Configuration > Blocked Numbers, adding a new blocked number, entering the phone number, and saving the change so calls from that number are prevented from reaching the system.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.

1. To block a phone number from calling into your system, click Configuration

2. Click Blocked Numbers

3. Click Block New Number

4. Click inside the Phone Number area and type the phone number you want to block incoming calls from.

5. Click Save
