The instructions in this article require Branch Manager access or above
This article describes how to remove a previously blocked number from the blocked numbers list.
Resolution
To delete a number that was previously blocked, navigate to Configuration --> Blocked Numbers, and click the Delete button under the Actions column. Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
