Can I remove a number that was previously blocked?

The instructions in this article require Branch Manager access or above

This article describes how to remove a previously blocked number from the blocked numbers list.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should open a ticket.

To delete a number that was previously blocked, navigate to Configuration --> Blocked Numbers, and click the Delete button under the Actions column.
