The instructions in this article require Branch Manager access or above
This article addresses how users can edit existing text messaging event actions in Ricochet.
Resolution
To edit an existing Text Messaging Event action, navigate to Configuration --> Event Actions and click Edit for the Text Messaging Event action you wish to modify. Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
