The instructions in this article require Branch Manager access or above

This article addresses how users can delete existing text messaging event actions in Ricochet.

Resolution

To delete an existing Text Messaging Event action, navigate to Configuration --> Event Actions and click Delete for the Text Messaging Event Action you want to delete.  

NOTE:  This action is not reversible.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
