How can I delete a Status?

Description

The instructions in this article require Administrator permission


These instructions explain how to safely delete a lead status by first ensuring no leads are assigned to it, then navigating to the Status Management settings and permanently removing the status.


Resolution

To delete a status:

1. On the Lead Management Page, filter and change any leads that are currently under the status you want to remove to a different status.

2. Once changed, navigate to Configuration --> Status Management

3. Click "Delete" on the status you wish to delete (this action is not reversible)

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
