Why are some of my columns from my spreadsheet not loading?

Applies to: Admin/Branch Manager
Purpose: Seeing all fields imported from spreadsheet
Location in Ricochet: Configuration > Upload Leads


Description

The instructions in this article require Branch Manager permission or above


This article addresses how to see all imported fields when they are not showing in the upload leads page in Ricochet.


Resolution


If all of the fields from your spreadsheet are not showing, you may need to click the bar at the bottom of the page to show more fields.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
