The instructions in this article require Administrator permission

This article addresses how users can delete existing DNC Scrubber Lite rules in Ricochet.

Resolution

To delete an existing DNC Scrubber Lite rule, navigate to Configuration --> DNC Scrubber, find the rule you want to delete and click the Delete button.  Once the deletion is made, click Save and click Ok to confirm the changes made.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
