Ricochet360 Support

To upgrade to the DNC Scrubber Pro version, first you'll need to ensure you have an account with the National DNC Registry.  

Once you have signed up successfully with that site and received your credentials, navigate in Ricochet to Configuration --> DNC Scrubber, click the link at the top of the page to enable DNC Scrubber Pro on your account (there's a cost per seat that will be displayed for you).  

Once you approve the charge on the page that appears, navigate back to Ricochet and refresh your browser.  You'll now see the DNC Scrubber Pro along with a link to add your DNC Downloader Information.
