This article addresses the meaning of the pending status for the DNC Scrubber Pro in Ricochet.

Resolution

The "Pending" status for the DNC Scrubber Pro could indicate that we are attempting to validate the credentials entered.  If it has been more than 24 hours since you entered your credentials, you may want to review the credentials on the DNC website.

In most cases, the delay is caused by a new password that needs to be updated/changed on the DNC website, or the credentials entered on Ricochet were incorrect.
