The instructions in this article require Branch Manager permission or above

This instruction describes how to configure the system so that a user does not take ownership of a called lead.

Resolution

To prevent users on a team from taking ownership of a lead when they call leads via any call type, you'll need to create a team with those users in the team and check the box for "Block Lead Assignments for Calls".  This will prevent lead assignment based on a phone call to leads for the users in the team.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
