How do I unassign the lead owner on leads?

Purpose: Explain how Admin/Branch Manager users can unassign or change the lead owner on one or more leads.

Description

The instructions in this article require Administrator permission


Admin/Branch Manager users can use mass actions on the Lead Management page to change or remove lead ownership. If you do not see the Assign To option, please reach out to Support.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket
