My scheduled email report did not deliver - why?

Description

This article explains how to proceed if a scheduled report is not delivered.


Resolution

Please double check your email inbox and also your Spam / Junk Mail folder for the email from Ricochet (the emails are sent from "no-reply@ricochet360.com").  

If the email is not in in your Inbox or Spam/Junk folder, please click "Not Helpful" at the bottom of this article to submit a support ticket and we will have our dev team look into this further.

Please provide the Report Title and expected email delivery date when submitting the ticket.
