My scheduled email report delivered but the file was empty - why?

Description

The instructions in this article require Branch Manager permission or above

This article explains the reason for a report to be delivered with no content.

Resolution

If your report was delivered via email and the .csv file is empty (after exporting the contents of the ZIP file to your computer folder) - it could indicate that for the time period the report was pulling, there was no data captured and the report content is empty.
