Description
This article explains how and when subscriptions are charged, and if credit can be received back
Resolution
To ensure we have the necessary resources and infrastructure allocated to support every agent effectively, Ricochet360 operates on an advance-billing model.
According to our Terms of Service, which is detailed below for your convenience, all user fees are non-refundable and payment obligations are non-cancelable once the billing cycle has commenced.
"Per Section 6.1 (Fees) and Section 6.4 (Payment), subscriptions are charged in advance to maintain account readiness. Furthermore, Section 6.3 (User Adjustments) specifies that any changes to the number of Authorized Users require written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the renewal date to be reflected on the subsequent invoice. Because these seats were active at the time of billing, we are unable to provide a prorated credit for the remainder of this period."
