Description
Authorized Contacts only are able to request that their billing cycle be changed from an annual to a monthly contract. This article discusses the steps required to make these changes.
Resolution
Changes to the terms of the contract require a meeting with the Billing Department. The meeting will allow our team to review seat opportunities and discuss new contract terms.
