Description

The instructions in this article require Branch Manager permission or above


This article addresses the sets to submit a cancellation request for a Ricochet account.


Resolution


If you need to submit a cancellation request, on our ticket submission form and select from the Primary Issue/Topic dropdown: Billing / Invoice / Cancellation and follow the prompts to submit your request to our billing department.

A representative from Ricochet360 will reach out to discuss your request further.

Non-Administrators should request support from their company admin to open the ticket.
