Purpose: To explain why all users (including Admins/Branch Managers) may appear on the Gamification Leaderboard and how to control which users are displayed.

Description
The instructions in this article require Branch Manager access or above
This article redirects users to another knowledge base article when asking why all users are showing on the Gamification Leaderboard. It explains how user visibility on the Gamification Leaderboard is determined and why all users may be showing by default. It directs Admin/Branch Managers to the Gamification configuration settings where they can adjust metrics and user visibility options to limit the leaderboard to Agents only, if desired.

Please see the above article to configure the metrics for your Gamification Leaderboard (Step 4 is where you can adjust which users are visible) Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
