Purpose: To explain why some users may appear on the Gamification Leaderboard and how to control which users are displayed.

Description

This article redirects users to another knowledge base article when asking why some users are showing on the Gamification Leaderboard. It explains how user visibility on the Gamification Leaderboard is determined and why only some users may be showing. It directs Admin/Branch Managers to the Gamification configuration settings where they can adjust metrics and user visibility options to limit the leaderboard to All Users or Agents only, if desired.
