How do I change the branch on leads?

Purpose: Explain how Admin/Branch Manager users can change the branch assigned to one or more leads.

Description

Admin/Branch Manager users can move selected leads to a different branch using mass actions on the Lead Management page.

1. If you have multiple branches, you can move leads from one branch to another. Select one or more leads on the page. To select all, click the checkbox at the top row.

Or select all leads by checking the box for "Select all leads of this search"

2. Click Actions

3. Click inside the Branches area and choose the branch you want to switch the leads to.

4. Click Save

5. Click Ok.

Note: If you selected more than 50 leads, the process will be put on queue to be processed in the background. You'll receive an email once it's completed.
