Purpose: How to cap agent's ability to receive new leads
Location in Ricochet: Management > Agents
Description
This instruction describes how to set up the maximum number of new leads an agent is eligible for per day.
Resolution
You can set a cap for an Agent's new/fresh leads by going to Manage --> Agents, click Edit for the user you wish to adjust, and in the Fresh Lead Cap area, type the maximum total of new/fresh leads you want the user to be eligible for per day.
