There are a few steps to make when deleting a Branch.

1. Move your users from the Branch to be deleted to a new Branch.  Navigate to Manage --> Branches, click Edit for the Branch you are removing, delete the users from the Branch and click Save.  Refresh your Browser and click Edit for the Branch you want to add those users to, add the users to the Branch and click Save and refresh after saving.

2. You may need to move leads from one branch to another.  On the Lead Management Page, filter the leads by a specific Branch using the gray Filters box, searching for leads in the Branch you want to remove.  Select all the leads in the filter, click the Actions button and change the Branch to a different Branch.

3. Once you have all users and leads moved out of the Branch you want to delete, navigate to Manage --> Branches, click the Delete button under Actions and confirm deletion of the Branch.
