Can I enable/disable a native desktop (Windows/Mac) notification when a new Text is received?

Description

This article explains how to manage native desktop text notifications in the user settings tab.

Resolution

To enable/disable the setting for native desktop notifications when a new SMS/Text is received, navigate to Configuration --> User Settings --> General Settings, toggle the option for "Shows a native desktop notification when a new SMS/Text message is received" to either Yes or No, then click Save at the bottom.
