Can I delete inbox messages stored in Ricochet after IMAP has been added & subsequently removed?

While your IMAP is still enabled (not deleted), you can delete emails one by one under the Email Messaging --> Inbox section by clicking on the email and deleting it one by one.  We do not have a bulk email deletion function.  Also, emails deleted on Ricochet do not delete from your actual email account - they just delete from the Ricochet application.

If you need to have your email inbox wiped out completely inside the Ricochet platform, submit a support ticket to us and we'll raise the ticket to our support team for further review of the request.
