Purpose: To explain how users can filter and view email messages that have been sent but not yet read within the Email Messaging Dashboard.

Description
This article walks users through the steps to display unread email messages in the Email Messaging Dashboard, including switching between unread and all sent messages. It also notes how the process applies when IMAP email inboxes are configured.

1. To view email messages that were sent but not read, click the Email Messaging section icon

2. Click the 2nd Email Messaging icon
3. Click Unread Messages to display messages that have not been read yet by the recipient.
Note: The "Total Sent Messages" calculation may change.
4. To go back to viewing all sent emails (read and unread) Click All Messages to view all sent email messages.
5. If you have IMAP set up for your email inbox, you can perform the same steps by clicking on "Total Responses" and following the steps in this tutorial.
