How can I edit the properties of a phone number?

The instructions in this article require Administrator permission

This article explains how to edit the properties of phone numbers in the phone settings page.

Resolution

As a user with Administrator permissions, you can navigate to Configuration --> Phone Settings, search for the number you wish to edit and click "Edit" under the Actions column.

Non-Administrators do not have the ability to modify the properties of the phone number and should request support from their administrator.
