To add a phone number to Ricochet, you'll first need to log into the Ahoy Management Portal (https://ahoy.ricochet.me), navigate to the Phone List page, click "Buy Number" at the top, enter the area code of the number you wish to purchase, then click the number and confirm the addition of the phone number.

Go back over to your Ricochet platform, refresh the browser and navigate to Configuration --> Phone Settings and search for the phone number you just purchased and begin configuration of the phone number.
