This article explains how to delete phone numbers in Ricochet by accessing the Ahoy Management Portal.

Resolution

Non-Administrators do not have the ability to delete a phone number and should open a ticket.

To delete a phone number, you'll need to log into your Ahoy Management Portal, navigate to the Phone List section and click the red X on the right side for the phone number you wish to delete.
