Description

The instructions in this article require Administrator permission

This article describes how to edit existing email templates in the marketing automation tab.

Resolution

To edit an existing email template, navigate to Configuration --> Marketing Automation, click on the "Email Templates" tab, then click the blue "Edit" button under the "Actions" column to edit the template.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
