These instructions explain how to edit an existing email marketing campaign in Ricochet by navigating to Configuration > Marketing Automation, selecting the Emails tab, and clicking the edit button for the desired campaign to make changes.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.

1. To edit an existing Email campaign, click Configuration

2. Click Marketing Automation

3. Click the Emails tab

4. Click the edit button to begin editing your campaign.
