Purpose: Maintaining existing agent's email address

Description
This instruction describes how to make changes to an existing agent's email address and its implications.
Resolution
To update an agent's email address, navigate to Manage --> Agents, click Edit for the user you wish to update, click in the Email area and update the email address. Click Save at the bottom. Ask the user to refresh and/or sign in using the new email address for the profile.
NOTE: If you have any integrations for Email (SMTP / IMAP), the old credentials should be removed and new credentials added via the Configuration --> User Settings --> SMTP Credentials (or IMAP Credentials) area.Was this article helpful?
