How can I update an Agent’s email address?

To update an agent's email address, navigate to Manage --> Agents, click Edit for the user you wish to update, click in the Email area and update the email address.  Click Save at the bottom.  Ask the user to refresh and/or sign in using the new email address for the profile.

NOTE:  If you have any integrations for Email (SMTP / IMAP), the old credentials should be removed and new credentials added via the Configuration --> User Settings --> SMTP Credentials (or IMAP Credentials) area.
