What are the “Important Fields” on the List Import Mapping page?

Description

The instructions in this article require Branch Manager permission or above

This article addresses which are the Important fields on the list import mapping page in Ricochet.

Resolution

The Important Fields section are strongly suggested fields to map when importing your list.  Not all the Important Fields need to be turned from red to green, however as you do map those fields, they will change if you've mapped an Important Field.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
