Location in Ricochet: Management > Dialer Campaigns


Description

The instructions in this article require Administrator permission


This instruction describes how to delete an existing dialer campaign in the system. 


Resolution


To delete an existing dialer campaign, navigate to Manage --> Dialer Campaigns, find the campaign you want to delete and click the Delete button.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
