To edit a Branch, navigate to Manage --> Branches, click the Edit button under the Actions column and make the necessary adjustments to your Branch, then click Save.  Refresh your browser (and other users too) for the changes to be made through the platform.

If you need to submit a support ticket, Admins and Agents: Return to your Ricochet platform and proceed to file a ticket using the Help -> Get Support action to open the Help widget.
