I cannot see the agents I want to add to a new Branch - how do I fix?

Description

The instructions in this article require Administrator permission


This instruction describes how to add an agent to a new Branch when the agent does not appear to be selected. 


Resolution


If you are trying to add a user or users to a new Branch but do not see them in the dropdown list, you'll first need to remove the user or users from the existing Branch they are currently a part of.

Once they are removed from the existing Branch (or if they already were removed), refresh your Browser and then add them to the new Branch.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
