Description

This article describes how to add SMTP Credentials in user settings tab.


Resolution


To set up your SMTP credentials in Ricochet:

- Navigate to Configuration -> User Settings
- Click on SMTP Credentials
- Enter the necessary credentials from your SMTP host provider
- Click Save

NOTE:  As an Admin, if you enter SMTP credentials for other agents, they will not be able to manually send emails in the Ricochet platform.  The SMTP credentials will only be used for Marketing Automation purposes  Each agent will need to enter their own SMTP credentials if you want the Agents' email to be used for Marketing Automation in addition to sending manual emails.
