Purpose: How to remove agent from branch

Description
The instructions in this article require Administrator permission
This instruction describes how to remove an agent from a branch.
Resolution
To remove a user from a Branch, navigate to Manage --> Branches, click the Edit button for the Branch you want to remove the user from, click the X next to the user's name, click Save and then refresh your browser. Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
