This instruction describes how to turn an existing dialer campaign on and off.
Resolution
To turn a dialer campaign on or off, navigate to Manage --> Dialer Campaigns, and click the toggle for On/Off in the Progressive Dialing (Cam-Q) column to turn the campaign On (green) or Off (gray). NOTE: If you have a Campaign Scheduler set for a campaign, the campaign schedule will override any changes you make to the toggle on the front page of the Dialer Campaign page. You will need to click Edit on the campaign and uncheck the option for Campaign Scheduler, click Save, then make your change on the main page to override the schedule. Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
