Description

The instructions in this article require Administrator permission


This instruction describes how to edit an existing dialer campaign in the system.


Resolution


To edit an existing dialer campaign, navigate to Manage --> Dialer Campaigns, find the campaign you want to edit and click the Edit button and make the necessary updates, then click Save.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
